Spent a good hour and a half again today just going through the site and tightening things up a bit as far as usability is concerned, and making sure things flowed well.
Transferred the “Related Posts” to a widget on the side of the Project pages, and it looks a lot cleaner that way.
I also gave a little more breathing room to the sidebar in general, which again should make the important information easier to see.
With that done, I rearranged the order of some of the sidebar widgets for readability as well.
There’s still a few more functionality things I want to add to the site but it’s all relatively low priority for now, as the site is running quite smoothly. Next on my list is cleaning up a lot of the code, now that I’ve dismantled a lot of it to put in my own modifications. It won’t be very fun, but once that’s taken care of it’ll give me a faster loading, way cleaner code which would pave the way towards really making the site design my own.

It‘s quiet in here! Why not leave a response?
